You don’t need to worry, the amount of thc in full spectrum cbd oil is extremely low, 0.3% or less. This is nowhere near the amount that it would take to cause a “high”. I’m the same way, I don’t like the feeling. I’ve been taking cbd for almost a year now and have never had any concerns about this aspect. Take a look at this post here, it goes over it:
