As a newbie to the CBD world, I was excited to try a new brand. My initial journey into the CBD world began with looking for relief from my continuous headaches. After years of taking over the counter drugs, I was tired of it and what it was doing to my body. I decided to look into a more natural route, and began researching CBD.

The suggested serving is two gummies or 10mg, and are recommended for when you're looking to wind down and de-stress.
I started taking these on the weekends in the evenings when I was looking to relax on the couch and it took that sense of peace to the next level. I felt a calming sensation about 15 minutes after ingesting them.

These gummies smelled less like cannabis and more of their flavor, which is ginger. I found these gummies to be quite pleasant tasting.
It worked out perfectly in trying them out as I have just began coaching my daughter's cheer team, which consists of practices two hours a day and four days a week.
I'm not used to being on my feet that long as I have a desk job, and so the first night, my feet and arms were so sore.
I took the suggested serving, which is two gummies, or 10mg. The next day, my feet did not throb like they normally do the day after, but they still felt a bit sore.
