If you’re able to take Full Spectrum then that is what you should go for. This has traces of THC, it won’t get you high, but may cause a fail on a drug test. If you’re tested then you need to go with either a Broad Spectrum or Isolate product. I would recommend going with a tincture of at least 1000mg, and getting a topical product that you can rub into your legs. Let me know if you have any more questions!
